Low Floor Preservation Society Showcases SE33 at Pennines BusDay 2025

The Low Floor Preservation Society proudly took our preserved Alexander Dennis Enviro200, SE33 (SN57 DWZ), to the Pennines BusDay 2025 for a day of scenic journeys and classic bus heritage in the heart of Yorkshire.

Departing from Halifax, SE33 carried visitors on a variety of trips across the breathtaking Pennines, giving enthusiasts and the general public the chance to enjoy preserved low-floor buses in action. This popular annual event attracts transport fans from across the UK, offering unique opportunities to ride rare and historic vehicles through some of Britain’s most stunning countryside.

Event organiser, Alex, said:

“We’ve carried absolutely loads of you lovely people around the most scenic parts of the Pennines, shared plenty of laughs, and created some unforgettable memories. Seeing so many smiling faces reminds us why we do it every year.”

A huge thank you goes to all the incredible volunteers and vehicle owners—some travelling from all over the UK and beyond—who made the day such a success. Your dedication and enthusiasm keep heritage bus events like Pennines BusDay thriving.

With planning already underway for Pennines BusDay 2026, the Low Floor Preservation Society is considering taking more than one of our preserved buses to next year’s event.

Stay tuned for updates on our next outings and future events celebrating the history and preservation of low-floor buses.
